MY DIET PLAN

I have experimented over the years with what diet works best for me,(check with your doctor before changing your diet). It is always the same, my body thrives on an organic mostly raw vegan diet. When I am successful at sticking to it my weight goes down and health goes up. I also had the doctor do a complete physical with blood work to check for any abnormalities and came out excellent!. It is essential you supplement your diet with vitamin B12 and D, have your doctor do a blood test to check that you are not lacking in calcium or other nutrients.
